Chicken Universal Reference RNA, Donor 1684 (CAT#: DBFF-0624-HY6606)

Datasheet

Overview

The animal chicken model has many advantages, such as easy feeding, rapid reproduction and high repeatability. Chicken nucleic acid products are widely used in medical research, including gene expression research, drug screening, tissue regeneration research and vaccine research and development. Chicken Universal Reference RNA, Donor 1684 is prepared from chicken major tissues of 1 male and 1 female donors. Total RNA is extracted by the classical guanidine isothiocyanate-phenol chloroform extraction method, which can quickly isolate total RNA including microRNAs. RNA is treated with RNase-free DNase-1 to remove residual DNA.
