Rat Sprague Dawley Universal Reference RNA (CAT#: DBFF-0624-HY6614)

Datasheet

Overview

The physiological structure of rats is more similar to that of humans, so the rat model can more accurately reflect the effects and side effects of drugs during drug development. Rat Sprague Dawley Universal Reference RNA is prepared from all tissues of several male and female Sprague Dawley adult rats. Total RNA is extracted by the classical guanidine isothiocyanate-phenol chloroform extraction method, which can quickly isolate total RNA including microRNAs. RNA is treated with RNase-free DNase-1 to remove residual DNA.
