Genetic studies of sheep models can provide important data and models for the study of human genetic diseases. By studying the genome of the sheep model, we can better understand the complexity and diversity of the human genome and provide new ideas and methods for the treatment and prevention of human genetic diseases. Sheep Universal Reference RNA is prepared from wide variety of male and female sheep major tissues. Total RNA is extracted by the classical guanidine isothiocyanate-phenol chloroform extraction method, which can quickly isolate total RNA including microRNAs. RNA is treated with RNase-free DNase-1 to remove residual DNA.
