Overview

Human Universal Reference RNA, Donor 1683 is prepared from wide variety of male and female human major tissues. Total RNA is extracted by the classical guanidine isothiocyanate-phenol chloroform extraction method, which can quickly isolate total RNA including microRNAs. RNA is treated with RNase-free DNase-1 to remove residual DNA.
