3D Ex Vivo Human Nasal Cavity Model Introduction

Creative Biolabs has launched state-of-the-art 3D ex vivo human nasal cavity models for promoting nasal cavity disease research and drug development.

Nasal Cavity and Related Diseases

The Nasal Cavity is a crucial part of the respiratory system, responsible for filtering, warming, and humidifying air that passes through it. The nose also detects odors, making it an essential part of the human sensory system. Despite the critical role of the nasal cavity, it is prone to various diseases such as rhinitis, sinusitis, and nasal polyps. These diseases can cause inflammation, congestion, and obstruction, leading to significant health issues such as sleep apnea and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Thus, studying and developing effective treatments for these diseases is imperative.

Traditional Nasal Cavity Models

During the past years, animal models and cell models have been widely used for preclinical drug discovery. However, animal models may not accurately reflect the human nasal cavity due to the huge structural differences between humans and laboratory animals, and ethical concerns surrounding their use. Cell cultures, on the other hand, fail to accurately represent the three-dimensional structure of the nasal cavity and do not provide a realistic environment for studying disease progression. As a result, there has been a need for a more effective and ethical research tool that can accurately mimic the human nasal cavity.

3D Ex Vivo Human Nasal Cavity Model

Our human nasal cavity tissue is directly collected from donating organizations or partner hospitals. With the advanced model, researchers can study disease progression and test potential treatments in a realistic environment. Real-life examples have shown how our 3D ex vivo human nasal cavity Model has been successfully used in preclinical research. Promising results demonstrate the potential of this model in promoting nasal cavity disease research and drug development.

At Creative Biolabs, we are committed to providing 3D ex vivo human nasal cavity model for global customers in the highest standards of quality and ethical availability. Our models have a high RNA integrity index score to maximize the promotion of genomics and genetics experiments and undergo a rigorous, comprehensive review to ensure their quality and reliability. Please feel free to contact us for more details about our groundbreaking models and how they can benefit your research.
