The use of 3D ex vivo models of kidney carcinoid tumors and stroma in targeting heterogeneous cancer settings effectively encapsulates the disease state, developing more predictive possibilities for disease course studies and the performance of drug interventions. Working with the human kidney carcinoid tumor model from Creative Biolabs' vast library of 3D ex vivo tissue and organ models will help advance the project.

The application of the 3D ex vivo human kidney carcinoid tumor model allows the acquisition of data for subsequent efficacy testing and can also be used for systematic combination intervention studies under different dosing conditions and to identify relevant molecular markers. This can be applied in two separate but closely related cancer treatment directions, including high-throughput screening of preclinical drugs and exciting personalized medicine.
Creative Biolabs' 3D ex vivo human kidney carcinoid tumor model allows researchers to evaluate disease-related molecular characterization and identify drug candidates to accurately predict the effects of kidney carcinoid tumor interventions.
