Bone remodeling is a dynamic and continuous process required for the maintenance of the skeleton architecture which response to mechanical stimuli. Creative Biolabs' biomimetic bone-on-a-chip model contributes to a better understanding of the processes related to bone formation and remodeling. We have developed a high-throughput biomimetic bone-on-a-chip platform that recapitulates the physiologically functional bone unit, using a well-plate-based system, which in turn can be used for the study of strategies.

Due to the higher complexity of the bone tissue compared to other tissues, microfluidic technologies, especially bone-on-a-chip models, have yet very few reviewed worldwide. Creative Biolabs has recapitulated both the physical and chemical characteristics of the bone microenvironment, and improved the progress made in vascularization and innervation of bone-on-a-chip organotypic model systems. We have further developed bone metastasis and microfluidic devices designed to model the discrete stages of this process, as well as signaling pathways associated with it. Our novel bone-on-a-chip model is suitable to study processes related to bone regeneration and will assist you in relative research.
