The Parkinson's disease-on-a-chip model of Creative Biolabs will advance your understanding of the aggregated forms in the development of the disease and the induction of neuronal toxicity.
For the Parkinson's disease-on-a-chip model, we leveraged our previously organs-chip design, which consists of two microfluidic channels fabricated from polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) elastomer separated by a thin PDMS membrane containing multiple pores. Each route has committed inlet and outlet ports for the seeding of the human cells, that are kept under reservation, solely for each channel, laminar flow applied.

Our Parkinson's disease-on-chip model can be called into play as a platform for evaluating the efficacy of therapies against PD and other synucleinopathies, target validation, and target identification. In addition, our results will support you in further investigation of gene therapy for neurodegenerative diseases.
Besides the Parkinson's disease-on-a-chip model, we have a range of other models that may help you:
At Creative Biolabs, we envision more than just offering research models and samples. With our extensive experience and profound expertise in 3D biology, we are pound to introduce all-encompassing one-stop services along with comprehensive technical support. Don't hesitate to contact us at any time to explore how we can drive your project towards swift success.
